At Baker's Harness and Saddlery it is extremely important to us that customers
have an amazing buying experience and are happy and completely satisfied with
their purchases. For this reason, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for
ANY reason, all items (with few exceptions) may be returned in their original
condition, packaging, and clean within 30 days for a FULL refund, exchange, or
store credit, whichever you prefer.

returned as well as any ingestible products for safety reasons (supplements, treats,

free of scratches, dirt, and visible wear.
- Air-vests may only be returned if
they have not been previously inflated,
and they must be returned within 12 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be clean
and in their original packaging.
- We will not except returns of helmets for safety reasons.
Return shipping charges will typically be the responsibility
of the customer and it is highly recommended that insurance be purchased from
the chosen shipping company. However, we are more than happy to cover return
shipping charges for defective items or order errors that are a result of Baker's Harness and Saddlery.
To Return an Item:
To begin the return process simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at
1-800-550-0163 or 905 887 9441. Once we have received notification of your return, we will
request that you ship the item back to us in its original condition then we
will process your refund. Please note if you are returning an item from the states you MUST mark the item as a RETURN so we are not charged HST and Duty crossing the border. If you do not do this you will be charged the HST and Duty.

When can I expect my refund?
You should expect to receive your
refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however,
in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes
the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund
request (5 to 10 business days).
